A licensed CPA for small business owners who’d rather be running their business than stressing about the IRS.
I’ve spent the last seven years in small business consulting and tax accounting, working with companies across just about every size and industry you can name. What I’m good at is getting into the weeds with people, helping them grow and run leaner.
I build a real relationship with all of my clients, the kind where we sit down and work through their financial strategy together instead of me handing off a report and disappearing.
I started out in small business consulting and loved it. Around that same time I had two roommates who were CPAs, and they’d talk business and finance at a level that was over my head.
Between trying to keep up with them and a couple other CPA mentors, becoming a CPA seemed like the obvious path. I put in several years at a national tax firm before becoming independent.
Outside of work, I have a wife and two sons. We’re a roller coaster, water park, ATV kind of family, the type that doesn’t mind getting dirty.
